Morpho UV: Industrial-Grade Printing

Printing directly onto objects has meant either a $40,000 industrial flatbed or a hobby kit that clogs every third job. Morpho sits in between: a 420 × 300mm bed, a recirculating ink system and a head assembly borrowed from a production line.

It handles up to 45mm of substrate height, so phone cases, tiles, bottle caps and short production runs all work. The included jig plate is machined aluminum, and the RIP software ships with material profiles for the twelve surfaces we tested most.

We are a seven-person team from Osaka with a background in industrial inkjet. Every unit is assembled and calibrated by hand before it ships.
